Player Expectations

Training

• By Monday lunch, advise your coach of any injury, training and playing status for the following week.
• It is expected that all players will attend Thursday training.
• All players are encouraged to attend Tuesday training sessions and it is expected that 1st and 2nd grade players will attend.
• Scheduled training sessions will proceed rain, hail or shine – where ovals are not available, gym and whiteboard sessions will be held.

Match Day

• All players are expected to arrive at the ground no later than the start of the game prior (or a pre-defined set time for the first game of the day).
• Players are asked to wear their club shirt to the ground.
• Following a game, all starting players are expected to remain as reserves for the following game. Starting players unable to reserve are required to take pro-active injury recuperation. All 1st grade players are expected to attend the after match function.
• Any injured player is expected to attend the match day and support at least one grade.

Financial

• All players are expected to be fully financial prior to their first competition game.

Selections

• Team selections will be posted on the club website – www.brothersrugby.com.au
• Should a player have a query about the team they have been selected in, the player should contact the coach of the team prior to the next training session.
