Lenny and Wais have advised that they want to put together a very competitive side for the upcoming Crescent Heads 7s and are keen to commence training.

Details as follows:

Forsyth Park Neutral Bay (off Bent St. from Military Road)

Commences 7am Sat. 10th Jan (yes that time is correct!! Evidently trying to pick up some players on the way home from the Crowie Hotel)

Training sessions will continue on Saturdays and are open to all club players whether involved in 7s or not as an additional fitness run.
