19/09/2012Matty Mc, Daz Kapene have been nominated for the Clark Medal which honours the best performer across the season in first grade of Division 3. Charles Kilby has been nominated for the Colts Medal, which honours the best Colts player across all grades. What a fantastic achievement for the club as a whole and a worthy honour for the guys.
Grand finals are on Saturday, with second grade starting at 1:30pm and first grade starting at 3:00pm. Then it’s back to the Orchard for the start of an epic session. Last year there were two grand final cups at the pub, random tattoos and pure carnage. Let’s hope history repeats itself.
And remember, the BIG RAFFLE tickets are being drawn on Saturday, email your workmates, annoy your boss, beg from your barista and sell those tickets. Give the money to Dave Taylor on Saturday, and get lucky.
There is a special Brothers Chronicles commemorating past grand final wins now publised too. Good to see this season in a little historical context.
