As per the Constitution of Brothers Rugby Club Office Bearer nominations are to be made in writing to the Secretary (play@brothersrugby.com.au) no later than 7 days prior to the AGM. Applications may be made on the Nomination for Office-Bearer or Ordinary Member of the Committee form. Voting at the meeting is restricted to current financial members. For those unable to attend, but wishing to vote may use the Appointment of Proxy Form
