Special resolution – Life Membership of Karl Houghton

To consider, and if thought fit pass as a special resolution, that Karl Houghton be elected a Life Member of Christian Brothers Old Boys Rugby Union Football Club Inc.

Special resolution – amendment of Constitution

To consider, and if thought fit pass as a special resolution, that the Rules of Christian Brothers Old Boys Rugby Union Football Club Inc. be amended as set out in Attachment A to this agenda.

Nominations

As per the Constitution, Office Bearer nominations are to be made in writing to the Secretary (secretary@brothersrugby.com.au) no later than 7 days prior (13th October 2024) to the AGM Sunday 20th October 2024

Applications may be made on the Nomination for Office-Bearer or Ordinary Member of the Committee form

Voting at the meeting is restricted to current financial members.

Those unable to attend, but wishing to vote may use the Appointment of Proxy Form
