• The reception, consideration, approval, and adoption of the Club’s Financial Statements for the preceding year

• Plus 3 Ordinary Members

General Business

Nominations

As per the Constitution, Office Bearer nominations are to be made in writing to the Secretary (secretary@brothersrugby.com.au) no later than 7 days prior (12th October 2025) to the AGM Sunday 19th October 2025

Applications may be made on the Nomination for Office-Bearer or Ordinary Member of the Committee form

Voting at the meeting is restricted to current financial members.

Those unable to attend, but wishing to vote may use the Appointment of Proxy Form
